2. What Data We Collect

Email Address (Newsletter & Calculator Capture)

If you enter your email address in our exit-intent popup or any email-capture form on the Site, we collect and store your email address. This is done through a POST /subscribe request to our delivery worker. We store your email, the date you subscribed, and your subscription status.

Purchase Information (via Stripe)

When you purchase a product from our store, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or see your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. Stripe provides us with your email address (for product delivery), the product purchased, and a transaction identifier. We use this to deliver your purchased digital product(s) and process refund requests.

Course Access Codes

If you purchase the AI Automation Wealth Course, we generate a unique access code linked to your email address. This code is stored so we can verify your access to the course content.

Analytics Data

We collect basic pageview analytics through our delivery worker. When you load a page on the Site, we record the page URL and a timestamp. We do not set cookies for analytics purposes, and we do not use third-party analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics).

Correspondence

If you email us directly (at wealthclarityact@gmail.com), we retain the content of your message and our response for customer service and record-keeping purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• Product delivery — to email you the digital products (PDF files) you purchased
• Purchase recovery — to send follow-up emails if you started but did not complete a purchase
• Email nurture sequence — to send a 7-day educational email series to subscribers who joined via the newsletter or calculator capture
• Course access — to generate and verify your access code for the AI Automation Wealth Course
• Customer support — to respond to your questions, refund requests, and support inquiries
• Analytics — to understand which pages are visited and improve the Site
• Legal compliance — to comply with our legal obligations, including CAN-SPAM email regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each processes data according to its own privacy policy:

• Resend, Inc. — delivers our transactional and marketing emails (purchase confirmations, nurture sequence, course access). Resend processes the recipient email address and email content. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts our website and delivery worker, and stores subscriber records, course access codes, and analytics counters in Cloudflare KV (a key-value data store). See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not use HeyGen, Slack, or any AI avatar processing for the storefront. We do not share your personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Pageview analytics — up to 400 days, after which they are automatically deleted
• Subscriber records — retained until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing marks your record as inactive; we do not send further emails
• Course access codes — 365 days from purchase. Course access itself does not expire once you have the access code
• Purchase conversion tracking — 30 to 60 days, used to prevent duplicate delivery emails
• Purchase records (via Stripe) — retained according to Stripe's retention policy. We retain access to your purchase email for customer service and refund processing

You may request deletion of your subscriber data at any time by emailing wealthclarityact@gmail.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

6. Cookies & Analytics

The Site does not set cookies for advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. Our pageview analytics are collected server-side via a POST /track request that records the page URL and a timestamp. No personally identifiable browsing history is collected or stored.

7. Email Communications & CAN-SPAM Compliance

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing and transactional email we send includes:
