1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wealthclaritycoach.com (the "Site") and the purchase of digital products offered by Barkai Brinson LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Barkai Brinson LLC.

2. Products & Pricing

We offer the following digital products for purchase on the Site:

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your Stripe checkout apply to your purchase.

No physical shipping. All products are digital downloads or digital access. No physical items are mailed.

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment through Stripe, we automatically deliver your purchased product(s) via email. The delivery email contains a download link for your PDF or ZIP file(s), or your course access code.

If you do not receive your delivery email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, email wealthclarityact@gmail.com and we will resend your product immediately.

Products are delivered through the Resend email platform and hosted on Cloudflare's edge network. Download links remain active for the lifetime of the product.

4. Refund Guarantee

Refund Process

• Email wealthclarityact@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase
• Include your order number or the email address used at checkout
• We process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days

Refund Limitations

• Refunds are available for 14 days from the date of purchase
• After 14 days, all sales are final
• The Complete Vault bundle refund covers the full $127 if requested within 14 days — partial refunds for individual components within the bundle are not available
• Course access codes that have been activated are eligible for refund within the 14-day window; we reserve the right to deactivate access upon refund

5. Course Access Terms

The AI Automation Wealth Course ($97) is delivered as a 10-video masterclass accessible via a unique access code. The following terms apply:

• Access code delivery — upon purchase, a unique access code is generated and emailed to you. The code is linked to the email address used at checkout
• Lifetime access — once you have your access code, course access does not expire. You retain access for the lifetime of the course
• Code sharing — your access code is for your personal use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing access codes is prohibited and may result in access revocation without refund
• Access revocation — we reserve the right to revoke access for abuse, including but not limited to: sharing codes publicly, scraping course content, or attempting to redistribute the videos
• Course updates — we may update, modify, or add to the course content at any time. Existing access holders receive updates at no additional cost

• No fiduciary relationship — purchasing our products does not create a financial advisor-client, fiduciary, or any professional advisory relationship between you and Barkai Brinson LLC

• No guarantee of results — financial outcomes depend on your individual effort, circumstances, market conditions, and many other factors. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, income level, or outcome from using our products

• Your responsibility — you are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information in our products

7. Payment Terms

• Payment processor — all payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card information directly
• Currency — all prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• One-time charges — all products are one-time purchases. We do not have recurring billing, subscriptions, or auto-renewals for any product
• Taxes — applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout based on your jurisdiction
• Payment disputes — if you dispute a charge without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend product access pending resolution

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product PDFs, course videos, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Barkai Brinson LLC and is protected by United States copyright law.

• Personal use license — purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal financial education
• Prohibited uses — you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or create derivative works from any product without our written permission
• Course content — recording, downloading, or redistributing course videos is strictly prohibited
• Trademarks — "Wealth Clarity Coach" and related branding are trademarks of Barkai Brinson LLC

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barkai Brinson LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or third-party service failures (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
